As a river guide or saltwater charter, this membership DOES NOT include membership to a random drug test consortium.  The cost is $75.00 annually.

If you hold a valid USCG License, please include your document number.
Indicate which state you hold a license, what type of license and provide the license number. You may enter more than one license.
